Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or delete your Gratero account, you can submit a formal request for account cancellation. Once your request is received:
- A final invoice will be generated to settle any outstanding charges.
- Data in your account shall be kept for another 60 days if you wish to resume the account. Once the data is deleted there is no way of retrieving it back.
- Any dispute related to service and credit/debit notes shall be settled in the wallet only.
- Wallet amount and Subscription charges paid shall not be refunded in any case.
In the event of any suspicious or fraudulent activities, Gratero reserves the right to:
- Hold COD remittance, wallet balance, and payments until the matter is fully investigated and resolved.
By proceeding with account cancellation, you agree to these terms and the outlined process.
